In order to accomplish this work, it is important that we have a team of individuals working to make it happen on a daily basis.

This team manages the program roadmap, supports in-flight projects to enable teams to deliver on their goals, and provides visibility into decisions that need to be made by the Steering Committee. The TMT also coordinates change management activities and reporting on progress toward the strategic plan’s outcomes.
