Former MSU President Malcolm Portera and his wife, Olivia, visit with Abigail Spreen, a freshman aerospace engineering major from Metairie, Louisiana, during a reception for MSU's Presidential Endowed Scholarship program. Spreen is the recipient of an endowed presidential scholarship given in honor of the Porteras.
