A Mississippi State student takes refuge from the rain under an umbrella while traversing campus. MSU is moving to remote operations at 12:30 p.m. Thursday [Feb. 16] after both the Starkville and Meridian campuses were placed under enhanced severe weather advisories that include the possibility of tornadoes, severe thunderstorms, damaging hail and high winds until 6 p.m. MSU will provide updates as they become available at www.emergency.msstate.edu.
