Mississippi State welcomed 400 of the best and brightest high school students from around the state to campus Friday [Feb. 26] to learn more about the university's newly developed Classics concentration. Sponsored by the Department of Classical and Modern Languages and Literatures, the daylong Junior Classical League event featured fun activities including, among others, chariot races, gladiator fights, foot races and friscus, or Frisbee discus.
