STARKVILLE, Miss.—To ensure a safe and enjoyable gameday experience, Mississippi State football fans and campus visitors are encouraged to review available gameday information and policies and be mindful of changes for the 2018 season.

Complete information is available at www.hailstate.com/gameday.

Beginning with Saturday’s 6:30 p.m. game against Stephen F. Austin, metal detectors will be implemented at all gates of Davis Wade Stadium, and fans should arrive early. For more information on the new safety initiative and details on the security screening process, visit www.hailstate.com/metaldetector.

Visitors utilizing public parking lots on campus may notice two new changes. Through MSU’s new partnership with SP+, fans can search, reserve and purchase in advance public parking spaces through parkmobile.com or the parkmobile.com app. Fans are encouraged to use debit and credit cards to pay for public parking. For more, see https://hailstate.com/news/2018/8/28/football-sp-to-manage-msu-athletic-gameday-parking-operations-visit-parkmobile-com.aspx.

MSU has increased the amount of public ADA parking available by adding two lots on the south and north ends of campus. Those lots, located in the Thad Cochran Research, Technology and Economic Development Park and in the Rec Plex off of Hail State Boulevard, will be serviced by MSU Parking and Transit Services shuttle buses.
