Shuttle Driver Appreciation Day is Wednesday

November 16, 2010

The MSU Student Association Parking and Transportation Committee is hosting the first Shuttle Driver Appreciation Day Wednesday [Nov. 17].

Shuttle Driver Appreciation Day's purpose is to celebrate the countless hours of service these men and women contribute to the university. This day is to show them just how much students appreciate their contributions and how grateful the MSU student body is for their service.

Campus Organizations have made posters to decorate Lock-Up (shuttle headquarters), and refreshments for the drivers will be provided.

Most importantly, the Student Association stresses that every student make a conscious effort to thank their driver when they arrive at their final destination. We hope that thanking these individuals that safely transport thousands of MSU students daily will become a habit for every student.
