Benefits Open Enrollment begins Oct. 1

September 17, 2010

Benefits Open Enrollment will be Oct. 1-25. Benefits eligible employees may use MyBanner to make changes to most existing insurance or flexible spending account plans. This includes adding new coverage or cancelling coverage which will become effective Jan. 1, 2011. Whether you choose to use MyBanner for online changes or work directly with the Human Resources benefits staff, all elections must be completed by Oct. 25. If you choose to use MyBanner for your online changes, you must also complete the appropriate application(s) and deliver to Human Resources Management (HRM) by Oct. 29. Your online changes will not become effective unless your completed application is received in HRM by the Oct. 29 deadline.

The Department of Human Resources Management, 150 McArthur Hall, will be open between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. to assist employees as needed. If you need assistance from the benefits staff, we encourage you to schedule an appointment by calling (662) 325-3713.
