September 20, 2013

The Mississippi Education Achievement Council will meet at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday [Sept. 26], in the IHL Board Room, 3825 Ridgewood Road in Jackson.

The purpose of this meeting is to consider adoption of recommendations from the State Financial Aid Study Committee. Adoption of the MCCB and IHL report cards will also be on the agenda.

The Mississippi Education Achievement Council consists of representatives of the Mississippi Legislature, the Governor’s Office, the State Institutions of Higher Learning, Mississippi’s Community and Junior Colleges, the Mississippi State Board of Education, the Mississippi Department of Mental Health and the Mississippi Economic Council.
