Sanderson Center to begin fall fitness programs

Struggling to set fitness goals for this semester? Let the Sanderson Center help you with our fitness programs.

--Join a Fitness Bootcamp and enjoy our new TRX suspension band and pull-up bar training system. Bootcamp will accommodate beginner levels to experienced. This will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 a.m. or noon. The first half is Sept. 10-Oct. 3, with the second half Oct. 15-Nov. 7.

--Let us help you train for a race this fall and prepare for the Rec Sports 15th Annual Turkey Trot 5k/10k. This program will be on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at noon starting Sept. 9. Our leaders will take you through this progressive program around campus and the newly constructed track around Chadwick Lake.
