Hurry! Sanderson Center Boot Camps are filling up

The team at MSU's Sanderson Center is ready to help students and employees take fitness to the next level. Whether to drop a few pounds, tone up, or get in shape for an upcoming race, the center's spring boot camps may be the answer.

ALL LEVELS BOOT CAMP (Mondays and Wednesdays, 6:10 a.m.)
1st 5 week Phase: Feb. 6th-March 8th (CLASS IS NOW FULL)
2nd 5 week Phase: March 26-April 26th (ONLY 10 SPOTS OPEN)

AMPED High-Intensity BOOT CAMP (Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:10 a.m.)
--Sign up for AMPED on a trial basis to ensure that this is the right intensity level; submit payment prior to the second class meeting to remain in program
1st 5 week Phase: Feb. 6th-March 8th (ONLY 10 SPOTS OPEN)
2nd 5 week Phase: March 26-April 26th (ONLY 10 SPOTS OPEN)
