U.S. Tilapia Supply
These charts show the volume (in live-weight equivalent) and
values ($) of domestic production, imports and landings of various
tilapia products in the United States. Domestic production statistics
were provided by the American
Tilapia Association. Domestic production and import statistics
were retrieved from the National
Marine Fisheries Service-Fisheries Economics and Statistics Division
database.
Wholesale Live Tilapia Selling Prices
These charts summarize wholesale selling prices of live
tilapia in the Northeast wholesale markets on a monthly basis.
The Maryland Aquaculture Office provided
the raw data used in creating these charts.
