   CURRENT INTERESTS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
My research includes sustainable economic development and various aspects of horticulture including ornamental, vegetable, and urban horticulture. Most of my research is conducted at the Beaumont Horticultural Unit in Perry County, Mississippi. The primary focus of the work there is commercial vegetable production, cut flower production, and Asian vegetables for both commercial and home settings. I am also interested in wildlife damage control in agricultural and home landscape settings.
